An AI operating system for your small business, installed and managed for you

AMERIKEEN is an AI implementation consultancy in Columbia, Tennessee. It installs the Agentic Operating System (AOS) by AMERIKEEN for small and mid-sized businesses. Instead of selling a single chatbot, AMERIKEEN audits how your business runs, builds coordinated AI agents into the tools you already use, and manages them over time.

What an "AI operating system" means here

An AI operating system sits underneath the business, not on top of it. The Agentic Operating System (AOS) by AMERIKEEN has three layers:

• a Context layer that encodes your offer, team, processes and strategy;
• a Data layer that connects sources like your CRM, calendar, email and accounting;
• an Intelligence layer that runs the agents and briefings.

Together they handle repeatable work like lead response, booking, client retention, reputation management and reporting. Your team keeps the judgment calls.

What a consultant does that software alone doesn't

• Audit (five days): executive alignment, stakeholder interviews, ROI modeling and an AI Roadmap that ranks what's worth building.
• Build (typically about one week after the Audit): agents deployed on GrokBot and wired into your existing stack, then tested for accuracy, edge cases and security.
• Manage (ongoing): models update and integrations break, so AMERIKEEN stays the human in the loop. That covers monitoring, repairs, training and adding modules.

Who it fits

Owner-led businesses where repeatable operational work eats the day. Home-services companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing) come first.

Questions

Is AOS an app I download? No. It's installed and configured around your operation after an Audit, then managed.

What does it cost? Pricing is set per company after a free Discovery call. See the pricing FAQ (/faq#pricing).
